Police halted the Challenger on Monticello Avenue, and captured the driver, distinguished as James Alex Fields, Jr., 21, of Maumee, Ohio. Fields has been accused of one tally of second-degree kill, three numbers of vindictive injuring and one tally of attempt at manslaughter.
