WSB recognized the officer as Lt. Greg Abbott. The movement stop happened in July.
WGCL Channel 46 reports the office has affirmed the remarks and Abbott has been put on authoritative obligations while the episode is examined.
Spear LoRusso, the legal advisor for Abbott, says the officer was attempting to “de-raise a circumstance including an uncooperative traveler.”
