Police were looking for an auto associated with the crime. A SPD camera outfitted with a tag peruser detected the auto Thursday morning and cautioned law implementation.
The speculate initially followed orders from police, however began terminating at officers in the wake of leaving the vehicle, hitting two. Both are at UC Davis Medical Center with non-dangerous wounds.
Five cops returned fire, executing the suspect. Police have not discharged his name, or the names of the two officers who were shot.
Police said activity will be shutdown on Franklin Blvd close 27th Avenue for the rest of the day.
Two officers were shot in south Sacramento and managed non-hazardous wounds, as indicated by Sacramento police.
The shooting occurred in the 3300 piece of 27th Ave., close to the Sacramento Police Department South Command Center. A suspect is down.
