The four members from an outstanding Polish passing metal band have been captured on doubt of hijacking a lady following a show a month ago in Washington state, experts said.
The individuals from the band Decapitated were captured early Saturday (Sept. 9) in Santa Ana, California, on doubt of grabbing a lady after their Aug. 31 show in Spokane, Spokane Police Department representative Cpl. Teresa Fuller said in an announcement.
The lady told police just before 2 a.m. on Sept. 1 about the asserted grabbing by the band individuals, Fuller said. The band had performed at a show in downtown Spokane. The lady went to the substantial metal show, Fuller said.
Band individuals were captured by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office after their Friday night show in Santa Ana, Fuller said. They are 27-year-old Michal M. Lysejko, 35-year-old Waclaw J. Kieltyka, 31-year-old Rafal T. Piotrowski, and 30-year-old Hubert E. Wiecek. All are Polish natives.
“After they completed the process of playing, they were somewhat hanging out,” Santa Ana police Sgt. Javier Aceves told the Orange County Register on Saturday. “There was not all that much.”
They are being held in the Los Angeles County Jail and will confront removal to Spokane, Fuller said.
Steve Graham, the band’s Spokane-based protection lawyer, told the Spokane Spokesman-Review that the band individuals are pure of the allegations.
“There is another side to this,” he told the daily paper. “We have witnesses that can vouch for the way that the informer came to visit (the) band of her own unrestrained choice and left on great terms.”
Graham said he told police that the band individuals had offered to surrender yet never heard anything back.
The lawyer said he fears the band individuals will invest a long time in the Los Angeles County Jail before being come back to Spokane. Be that as it may, Graham told the daily paper that the four won’t battle removal and will come back to Spokane readily.
The band, established in Poland in 1996, has won basic approval for its collections among fanatics of death metal.
