Initially Lady Melania Trump said “ciao” to American architects, brandishing an Italian-made dress in the president’s tweet observing “American Labor.”
“We are building our future with American hands, American work, American iron, aluminum and steel. Cheerful #LaborDay!” President Trump tweeted Monday, alongside a picture of himself clasping hands with his better half at the congressional cookout in June.
While Trump’s tweet is by all accounts repeating his crusade guarantee to bring back American employments, the primary woman submitted an informing tactless act — wearing a dress fabricated in Italy, the Daily Mail detailed.
The dynamic striped dress is by Greek originator Mary Katrantzou and its posting on the Saks Fifth Avenue site says it is made in Italy.
It initially sold for $2,255 and is currently sold out.
