Selena Gomez got a kidney transplant as of late to help with her Lupus illness from her friend, actress Francia Raisa, Gomez shared on Instagram Thursday.

“I’m exceptionally mindful some of my fans had seen I was hiding out for part of the late spring and addressing why I wasn’t advancing my new music, which I was to a great degree glad for,” the 25-year-old composed close by a photograph of the match in one next to the other healing facility beds.
