The undergrad shot dead by cops in the wake of running over a cop in Miami had all the earmarks of being driving flushed, witnesses and agents said.
Sanctuary University senior Cariann Hithon, 22, was in the driver’s seat of a dark BMW Sunday evening when she struck three vehicles and afterward, as a swarm assembled around her, slammed into a Miami Beach officer, hurling him into the air, the Miami Herald announced.
“It played out like a motion picture set with individuals running, shouting, auto collisions, discharges, a harmed officer lying on his back out and about — all inside a moment,” said John Butchko, a resigned Miami-Dade crime analyst whose auto was hit by Hithon minutes before the shooting.
Video film presented on Instagram demonstrate an uproarious swarm assembling around Hithon’s BMW as somebody yells, “She alcoholic as sh—” and her taking off and running the officer over.
Another officer at that point terminated at her, and she collided with a stopped white SUV.
