A capital murder accusation against a North Texas man in the 2015 passing of his 2-year-old little girl has been rejected after prosecutors took in her more established sibling conceded causing the demise.
The father, Anthony Michael Sanders, 33, was blamed for covering Ellie Mae Sanders at their home in the Fort Worth suburb of Watauga. Specialists trusted Sanders held his hand over the young lady’s mouth out of outrage for her intruding on his PC diversions.
