Many Injured While Car Hits Pedestrians At Outside Natural History Museum in London

A vehicle struck walkers close to London’s Natural History Museum on Saturday, harming various individuals, police said.

One man was kept by police following the episode, the Metropolitan Police Department said in an announcement. He has not been formally captured. BBC News reports no less than one individual was taken away in an emergency vehicle.

The Natural History Museum said there was “a genuine episode” outside the building.

The episode happened on Exhibition Road in South Kensington, police said. Authorities are exploring a conceivable rationale.
