A man dressed as Santa Claus is blamed for opening flame at a Halloween party in Austin, Texas.
Police Detective Lee Knouse said amid a press instructions that four individuals were harmed in the shooting at a home at roughly 6:15 a.m. Sunday.
As police were en route to the scene they got a call saying the suspect was at a moment area “reaching.” No brutality was accounted for at the second area.

A fourth casualty rejected medicinal treatment at the scene.
