Caleb Moore was captured on sedate charges in 2015, however the charges were eventually dropped against him after he consented to enter a pre-trial redirection program.

Roy Moore, the previous Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice, is confronting Democrat Doug Jones in the exceptional decision for the U.S. Senate situate on Dec. 12.
