Authorities asked the public Wednesday be vigilant for a 15-month-old kid professedly kidnapped in Boyle Heights by his dad.
Noe Reyna is accepted to have been taken by 35-year-old Carlos Reyna, who does not have guardianship rights, as per the Los Angeles Police Department. They were most recently seen together around 4 p.m. Tuesday in the 2000 square of East Fourth Street.
The California Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert for Noe early at the beginning of today for Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego areas.

A court issued a request Tuesday for the Department of Children Family Services to take Noe into defensive care, police said. The two guardians were in court and were advised of the court arrange.
The guardians were in court on an opiates related issue when they lost care, as per reports from the scene.
DCFS authorities went to the guardians’ home to get the kid when they understood he was gone, and additionally his dad, examiners told journalists at the scene.
Reyna fled with Noe without taking diapers or equation, police said. A Hollenbeck Division officer included that police “feel” the infant isn’t in threat.
Noe is Hispanic, 2 feet tall, around 35 pounds, with dark hair and darker eyes. He was most recently seen wearing a yellow shirt, dark shorts with two green stripes and dark sneakers.
Reyna is Hispanic, 6 feet 2 and 200 pounds, experts said. He is accepted to wear a white T-shirt, pants, dark colored boots and is utilizing a red stroller.
Noe’s mom is participating with experts, police said. Dogs are supporting in the scan for the kid, as per reports from the capturing scene.
