Suiter was researching a murder in the West Harlem neighborhood and moved toward a man, who had apparently been acting suspiciously, soon after 4 p.m. The suspect, who is still everywhere, talked quickly with Suiter and after that discharged his firearm a few times previously escaping.
Police Commissioner Kevin Davis said Wednesday night that Suiter “was simply doing his activity in the interest of this city. Furthermore, that is what he’s been improving the situation 18 years.”
Suiter first joined the city’s manslaughter unit in 2015 after a spell in the vast shooting unit, which examines non-deadly shootings.

“Each of you go out there and put your lives on hold each day,” he composed. “The significance of your relinquish, and Sean’s, can’t be exaggerated.”
The office is putting forth a $69,000 remunerate for data prompting the catch of Suiter’s executioner.
