A Uber driver was captured Thursday in Georgia, blamed for assaulting a 16-year-old female traveler prior in the week.
Abdoulie Jagne, 58, was set up for the Gwinnett County Jail in north focal Georgia, Fox 5 Atlanta revealed. Specialists told the station that more charges could come.
The high schooler told police she had been drinking at a bar with companions on Sunday night, WSB-TV Atlanta revealed. One of the young lady’s companions at that point called a Uber ride for her, and that is when Jagne lifted her up, specialists told the station.
The driver professedly carried out the wrongdoing subsequent to halting the vehicle along a unincorporated street, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution announced.
The young lady told police she was dropped off at an adjacent flat mind boggling, where she began hitting into a few entryways, looking for help, authorities told the paper.
Police observed the teenager to be inebriated, with her jeans around her lower legs, Fox 5 Atlanta revealed. She was transported to an adjacent healing center for treatment.
Uber authorities told the paper that Jagne had worked for the organization for a few months. They discharged the accompanying explanation.
