Police arrested a couple after a supervisor at a North Austin restaurant saw them taking part in oral sex at a booth before clients, as per a capture affirmation.
Jonathan Hightower, 31, and Lashanda Fisher, 28, were arrested Sunday for open lecherousness, a Class An offense deserving of a fine of up to $4,000 and a correctional facility sentence of up to a year, the Austin American-Statesman reported.
Police reacted at 10:24 p.m. Saturday to the Baby Acapulco restaurant at 13609 North I-35 benefit street, the affirmation said.
It said the restaurant security officer told police the two suspects had left the scene and entered a 7-11 corner store by the restaurant.
Police addressed witnesses who said they saw the two engagin in oral sex for around five minutes at their booth, as per the oath. Their depictions coordinated those of Hightower and Fisher, the record said.
The testimony said witnesses were exceptionally affronted of the speculates’ conduct and various kids were available.
Reconnaissance video acquired by police additionally affirmed the witness articulations, the sworn statement said.
