United Airlines seems to have had a difference in heart about its choice to supplant quarterly employee bonuses with a lottery system.
A week ago, United Airlines issued an inward reminder telling employees of its intends to drop the execution based bonuses for another program called “core4 Score Rewards.”
Under this system, quarterly illustrations would be held with prizes extending from a large number of dollars in real money to resort bundles and extravagance autos, the Chicago Business Journal detailed.
